摘　　要： 比较了乙丙橡胶和硅橡胶材料的优点和缺点,以及两者在高压电缆附件绝缘中应用的差异。分析了110 k V、220 k V和500 k V电缆附件的国家标准,梳理了国标对高压电缆附件的应力锥或预制绝缘件的性能考核要求及变化。通过两个实例,分析讨论了成品试片和原料在考核要求方面的差异,提出参照原料的性能要求来直接衡量成品材料性能的不合理之处。 The EPR and silicone rubber are compared in merits and shortcomings, as well as their applications in high- voltage cable accessories. By analyzing the national standards of 110 kV, 220 kV and 500 kV cable accesso-ries ,the requirements and their development for stress cone or prefabricated insulation are studied. Take two case studies for example, the difference in requirements of product slice and raw material are discussed, and it is unrea-sonable to evaluate product slice by directly referring requirements for raw material.
