摘　　要： 通过控制护套椭圆度、编织密度、成缆节径比等关键参数,合理选择内导体、铝箔、编织线等材料,设计开发了一种高性能的MINI RG59集束电缆,该集束电缆的屏蔽衰减和转移阻抗性能满足EN 50117标准中规定的CLASS A++最高等级要求。 A high performance MINI RG59 bundle cable, with the best screening attenuation and transfer impedance complied to the highest shielding effectiveness requirement of CLASS A ＋ ＋ described in the standard EN 50117, is designed and manufactured by controlling the key factors of jacket ovality, braiding coverage, and pitch-diameter ratio of the cable, and by choosing the different materials of inner conductor, aluminum laminated tape, and braiding wire.
