江苏莲藕主产区黄瓜花叶病毒病发生分布调查

摘  要: 由黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)等引起的病毒病害是限制莲藕产量和品质的重要因素之一。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),调查了江苏省莲藕主产区CMV的发生分布状况。调查结果表明,43份莲藕样品中共检测到28份阳性样品,侵染率达65.12%,其中扬州宝应、邗江及苏州吴中地区的检出率依次为75%、58.6%和100%;表现黄化、花叶及皱缩花叶症状的莲藕叶片中CMV的检出率达100%,黄斑、皱缩、斑驳以及无症莲藕叶片中也均有检出,表明CMV在江苏莲藕上发生普遍,且可能产生多种症状类型。 Virus disease caused by cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) is one of the important factors limit the yield and quality of lotus root. In this study, The occurrence and distribution of CMV in the main producing areas of lotus root in Jiangsu province was investigated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that 28 positive samples were detected in 43 lotus samples, and the infection rate was 65.12%, while the infection rates of Baoying and Hanjiang in Yangzhou and Wuzhong region in Suzhou were 75%, 58.6% and 100%, respectively. The detection rate of CMV in lotus leaves of yellow, mosaic and shredded mosaic was 100%, which was also detected in the leaves of chlorotic, symptomless, shrinking and mild mottle. All these indicated that CMV was common in lotus root of Jiangsu Province, and was likely to produce various types of symptom.
