破碎机缓冲料仓衬板的技术改进研究

摘  要: 破碎机料仓是对破碎以后的物料进行储存,通过物料的自重进入给矿的料仓,起到一个中间储存、缓冲和均衡作业等作用,由于生产量较大,物料在下滑时对衬板磨损比较严重,而更换衬板需要大量的维修时间,且存在一定安全隐患。在保证系统正常运行,设计一种耐磨性较好、更换时间较短的衬板,保护设备的同时完成规定的产量。设计以后的悬挂组合式衬板分耐磨板与底板,在先期更换时需要一定时间焊接底板,在以后的更换中只需更换耐磨板。 Crusher bin is to store materials after crushing and enter the feeding bin through material self weight, p la-ying a role of intermediate store, buffer and balanced operation and so on. As the production is large, liner wear is serious when materials are slipping, and replacing liner requires a great deal of maintenance time, and there is a certain safety haz-ard. Ensuring the normal operation of the system, design a better wear resistance and shorter replacement time liner to pro-tect equipment at the same time to complete the rated output. The designed suspension composite liner is divided into wear plate and bottom plate, and needs a certain time to be replaced in early time but it just needs changing wear plate in the fu-ture.
