摘　　要： 文章从白云鄂博铁矿采场爆破和生产管理工作入手,针对现场生产中的重点工作,阐述其原理、重要性及要求;提出具体的技术措施和精细化管理办法,可有效减少浪费,降低生产成本,提高生产效率,优化采场整体面貌,取得较好的效果。 In the ar ticle, the principles , importance and requirements are elaborated starting with the stope blasting and production management aiming at the key jobs in site productions; the specific technical measures and delicacy man-agement methods are proposed to effectively reduce waste and production costs as well as improve production efficiencies so that the whole outlook of stope is optimized and the effects are good.
