摘　　要： 大型石化项目的利益相关者众多,项目业主如何选择有效的风险应对策略应对众多的利益相关者风险是大型石化项目风险管理研究中的关键问题之一。本文从大型石化项目利益相关者的角度,对大型石化项目风险进行分类,探讨了大型石化项目的利益相关者风险与大型石化项目业主的风险承受度之间的关系,并分析了大型石化项目的组织复杂性对两者之间关系的调节作用。实证结果表明:对于大型石化项目,不同的项目利益相关者风险与项目业主风险承受度之间的关系存在显著差异,而项目的组织复杂性对两者之间的关系起到显著的调节作用。 Large-scale petrochemical project usually involves multi-stakeholders. For the owner of the large- scale petrochemical project, how to select effective risk countermeasures to cope with stakeholders’ risks of the project is one key issue in the study of large-scale petrochemical project risk management. In this paper, the risks of the large -scale petrochemical project are classified from the perspective of the project stakeholders. The relationship between stakeholders’ risks of the petrochemical project and risk tolerance of the project owner is discussed, and the regulatory effect of organizational complexity of on this relationship further analyzed. Our empirical findings indicate that there exist significant differences in the relationship between different stakeholders’ risks of the project and risk tolerance of the project owner, and organizational complexity of the project has significant effects on this relationship.
