摘　　要： 星级酒店发展的规模和速度与其质量和效率的不匹配制约了我国星级酒店的可持续发展,而各方受利益驱动形成了该领域持续不断的投资热潮,使行业出现了产能过剩的特征。该文利用2001-2014年我国30个省域14年的面板数据,通过产能利用率指标测度星级酒店业的产能过剩水平,并进一步采用系统广义矩估计(SYS-GMM)法分析其产能过剩状况的影响因素。测度结果显示:我国各省历年都存在较为严重的产能过剩问题,除北京、上海等少数东部省域产能状况改善较为明显,其余省域均是在2011年、2012年两个时间节点整体产能过剩问题有所改善,但改善甚微,在2013年后产能过剩问题又进一步加剧,且我国不同省域星级酒店产能利用率在省域间呈现了空间集聚分布的特征,状况较好的省域邻接共轭集中连片分布。在各项影响因素中,前一期的过剩产能、政府干预、房地产发展都正向加剧了我国星级酒店业的产能过剩;对外开放、资本投入、人力资本、技术进步则为缓解作用,其中,政府干预的加剧作用最为突出,技术进步的缓解作用最为明显。 The development scale and speed of star hotels can not match with their quality and efficiency, Thich constraints the sustainable development of China s star hoteLs.It has made the formation of the continued investment boom in the industry dri en by the interests, which leads to the characteristics of overcapacity in the industry.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2001 to 2014, this paper uses the index of production capacity utilization to measure the overcapacity level in the star hotel industry. Further analyzing the influencing factors for overcapacity （ondition by using the method of system generalized moment estimation（ SYS- GM M） . The results show that there are serious problems of overcapacity in China s provinces over the years. In addition to a few provinces like Beijing, Shanghai which has improved the production capacity more obviously, the re^ maining provinces all have improved excess capacity problem with little improvement before 2011 or 2012, and the problem of overcapacity further intensified after 2013. The capacity utilization of star hotels in China s different provinces shows a spatial clustering distribution characteristics. The better provinces are adjacent to the conjugate set, and the rest are more dispersed. The eastern region has the lowest degree of excess capacity. Among the influencing factors, the excess capacity in the previous period,government intervention, real estate development have exacerbated the overcapacity of the star hotel industry in China. The level of opening t o t he outside world, capital investment, huiman capitaland technological progress have mitigation effects on the star hotel overcapacity. The intensification of government intervention is the most prominent, and the mitigation effect of technological progress is the most obvious.
