摘　　要： 商圈划分是城市商业布局的基础和前提,为分析城市区域差异和协调商圈均衡发展,该文提出一种多维度特征融合的划分方法。以天津市中心城区为例,利用空间格网化方法完成POI数据位置与属性的集成转换,运用空间聚类、空间自相关、核密度估计3种方法,分别从位置、属性、热点辐射角度提取商圈边界,通过判读和交叉验证方式检验不同方法划分商圈的可靠性。结果表明:融合多种方法优势建立的混合模型可实现商圈区域的最优划分,依据加权的属性指标可对商圈等级进行定量评定,划分的商圈结果覆盖到所有城区,不同商圈的等级存在显著差异。基于多维特征的分析方法可以较为科学地划分商圈,为城市规划和商业布局的定量化研究提供了理论和数值参考。 T he layout of urban business is based on business zones delimitation. Aiming at the problems of urban regional differ-ences and balanced development of business zones,this paper put forward a delimitation method based on the fusion of multidi-mensional characteristics. T he dow ntown of Tianjin was taken as an example, the information of PO1 data s geographical posi-tion and attributes were converted and integrated by using spatial grid method, spatial cluster analysis, spatial autoct^rrelation and kernel density estimation were taken to extract boundary of business zones successively based on characteristics of geo-graphical position,attributes and hot spots radiation. At last, the reliability of the results of business zones delimitation based on different spatial analysis methods were checked by observing and cross validation. A hybrid model is built based on spatial clus-ter analysis, spatial autocorrelation and kernel density estimation, which is the point of innovation in this paper. T he research a-chievement shows that the hybrid model which fuses the advantages of different spatial analysis methods can achieve optimal re-sults of business zones delimitation, and the business zones can be classified by using attributes and factors with different weight. 1n addit ion, t he whole urban region are covered with business zones and the classifications of different business zones have significant differences. T he analysis method based on multidimensional characteristics makes business zones delimitation comparatively scientific, and provides theoretical and numerical references for researches in town planning and business site se-lect ion.
