摘　　要： 文章运用切克兰德方法论,在研究了矿山地质管理工作内容的前提下,构建了矿山管理工作的概念模型;再将概念模型与实际现状相比较的基础上,针对其存在的主要问题加以分析归纳,得出能有效加强矿山地质管理的方法措施。 In the p ap e r, the conceptual model of mine management work is constructed under the premise of studying contents of mine geological management by using Chekland methodology ; based on the comparison of conceptual model and actual situation, the main problems are analyzed and summarized, and the methods and measures to effectively strengthen mine geological management are obtained.
