摘 要: 在露天矿山开采中,高水位深孔爆破常会出现延米装药量大,堵塞长度过长,炸药单耗偏高,拒爆、半爆,根底、大块等问题,消耗成本较高、爆破现场处理难度较大,安全系数较低,严重影响矿山矿开采效率。通过对现场混装乳化炸药性能、油水相配比调整及化学敏化过程等关键技术进行深入分析,提出相应的改进方法及控制措施,改善了炸药质量,从而保证矿山高水位深孔爆破效果,提了高矿石的挖掘效率。 In the open - pit mining, high water level deep hole blasting often appears linear meter with large charge a -mount, stemming length is too long, unit explosive consumption is high, misfire, half explosion, foundation, chunks and other problems, and the higher cost, blasting site processing being difficult and the safety factor being low, which seriously affect the ore mining efficiency in mine. Through in - depth analysis of the key technologies such as performance of site mixed emulsion explosive, oil - water ratio adjustment and chemical sensitizing process, the corresponding improvement methods and control measures are put forward to improve the quality of explosives, so as to ensure the high water level deep hole blasting effect and to improve the efficiency of ore mining.
