摘　　要： 文章主要探究稻作遗产地在旅游开发过程中,旅游地居民对于稻作遗产价值的认知所发生的变化。选取广西龙胜梯田为案例地,通过对景区居民进行深度访谈,分别从居民对于梯田的环境价值、审美价值、历史文化价值、精神价值、科教价值和经济价值六个方面了解居民的感知。旅游发展以来,居民对梯田价值的认知已不仅是农业生产,在审美价值、精神价值和经济价值等方面都有了新的解读,但在科教价值方面的认知仍然欠缺,甚至在环境价值和历史文化价值上有所折扣。值得肯定的是,旅游使人们对梯田的价值认知不断丰富,但也造成农耕经济的转变和利益相关者的矛盾,使文化传承和遗产保护面临阻碍。 This paper mainly explores the change of residents, perception of the value of rice herit-age in the process of tourism devvlopment. This paper chooses Longsheng terraced field in Guangxi as a case study and analyzes the environmental value , aesthetic value , historical and cultural al value , scientific research and educational value and economic value of terraces through the interviews with the residents in the scenic spots. It is found that since the development of tourism , theresidents have not only recognized the benefit of terraces brought by agricultural production , but alsohave a new interpretation in terms of aesthetic value , spiritual value and economic value. However , the awareness in the value of science and education is scarce , even the recognitiand historical and cultural value has been discounted. It is certain that the developmches the understanding of the residents, perception of the terraced fields , but it also dictions bet^veen the transformation of farming economy and the stakeholders , which hinders the cultural inheritance and heritage protection.
