摘　　要： 目的 探讨跖跗关节损伤采用切开复位双重加压螺钉固定治疗的临床体会.方法 本文选取我院于2014 年08 月至2016 年06 月收治的46 例跖跗关节损伤患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组给予切开复位双重加压螺钉固定治疗方式,对照组采用空心钉联合克氏针固定方式,临床观察对比两组患者的治疗效果,采用有关的评分准则进行结果评定.结果 经随访调查患者的治疗效果,其优良率结果显示,研究组患者的优良例数是18 例,优良率为78.26%,对照组患者的优良例数是12 例,优良率为52.17%,两组结果对比有显著性差异（P〈0. 05）,具有统计学意义.结论 切开复位双重加压螺钉固定治疗方式对于治疗跖跗关节损伤患者有很好的临床应用效果,患者的并发症发生率非常低,值得在临床上推广应用. Objective To explore the clinical experience of the treatment of metatarsal tarsal joint injury with openreduction and double compression screw fixation. Methods 46 patients with metatarsal tarsal joint injury enrolled in ourhospital from August 2014 to June 2016were selected. They were randomly divided into the study group and the controlgroup. The study group patients were treated with open reduction and double compression screw fixation, and the controlgroup patients were treated with hollow nail combined with Kirschner wire fixation, and then making a clinical observationand comparison to the treatment effects of these two groups’ patients, using the relevant criteria to assess the results. Resultsaccording to the treatment effects concluded by the random visiting to patients, the excellent and good number of the patientsin the study group was 18 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 78.26%; the number of excellent patients in the controlgroup was 12 cases, the excellent and good rate was 52.17%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）, which had statistic significance. Conclusion O pen r eduction a nd d ouble c ompression s crew f ixation h as a g oodclinical effect on patients with metatarsal tarsal joint injury. The complication rate of patients is very low, and it is worth to bepromoted in clinical application.
