摘 要: 商务谈判是人们为解决经济利益的分歧、谋求经济利益最大化而磋商协议的谈判活动。外交谈判涉及的是国家利益。语言在这两个领域中有各自的特点。语用策略是为实现谈判目的而灵活运用的语言表达技巧。本文从合作原则的角度,对商务谈判和外交谈判的语言运用进行对比,旨在说明在不同的谈判环境下,为谈判交际目的服务的语言呈现出独有的特点。 Business negotiation is the negotiation activity for people to resolve the differences of economic interests and to seek the profit maximization. Diplomatic negotiations involve na-tional interests. language has its own characteristics in the two fields. Pragmatic strategy is the flexible use of language skills in order to achieve the purpose of negotiation. This paper makes a comparison of the language between business negotiation and diplomatic negotiation from the perspective of cooperative princi- ple,aiming to show that the language which seres for the pur-pose of negotiation is unique in different negotiation environ-ments.Key Words: Business negotiation; Diplomatic negotiation; Cooperative principle
