摘　　要： 目的:研究龙胆泻肝汤加减结合红光照射治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹的疗效作用。方法:选取符合标准的64例肝经郁热型带状疱疹患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。每组各32例,对照组采取常规抗病毒对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予龙胆泻肝汤加减结合红光照射。连续治疗2个疗程后,观察2组患者疼痛缓解时间及皮损结痂等主要临床表现改善情况,采用视觉可视性疼痛评分量表(VAS)进行综合评价。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.63%,而对照组总有效率为71.88%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组水疱消退,皮肤结痂所需时间明显少于对照组(4.74±1.13dvs7.12±2.37d),差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组疼痛缓解所需时间明显少于对照组(8.38±1.59dvs11.43±0.96d),差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤加减结合红光照射治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹有较好临床疗效。 Objective： To observe the effectiveness of treating herpes zoster stagnated heat of liver channel which combined modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction with red light irradiation. Methods：The 64 patients of herpes zoster stagnated heat of liver channel were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group will be given usual antiviral therapy. The treatment group which compared with the control group will be given additional modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction and red light irradiation. To evaluate the main clinical symptoms of pain time and crusting through visual simulation score （ VAS ）. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63% while the control group was 71.88%. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. The regression of blister and the appearance of crusting in the treatment group were faster than the control group （ 4.74 ± 1.13 d vs 7.12 ± 2.37 d ） with statistical difference （ P〈0.05 ）. The pain time of the treatment group was significant less than the control group （ 8.38 ± 1.59 d vs 11.43 ± 0.96 d ）, which had statistical difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with red light irradiation is an effective therapy on herpes zoster stagnated heat of liver channel.
