摘　　要： 深径比较大的相交孔的加工一直是工艺过程中的难点,文章结合变速器上盖零件上拨叉轴孔及弹子孔这一组相交孔系的加工试验情况,系统地分析了相交孔加工时位置度超差的原因及解决办法,为类似孔系的加工总结了经验;同时相交孔系加工难点的解决,从工艺路线角度来看也为生产线科学合理的布局提供了基础。 The processing of intersecting holes with large depth-to-diameter ratio is always a difficult point in the maching process,in this paper,the maching test of the intersecting holes of the parts of the upper part of the transmission cover and the marble hole is carried out,The causes and solutions of the position difference in machining intersecting holes are systematically analyzed,and the experiences are summarized for similar situations.From the point of view of intersecting hole is solved,and the basis for arranging the production line scientifically and rationally is provided.
