摘 要: 文章针对侧面安全气囊有时产生误爆的现象,对其安装点位置结构进行优化选择,分别运用理论分析和试验得到频响曲线,经与安装点动态特性要求曲线对比,发现在400~490Hz超出标准线,在440Hz出现较大的峰值。于是对安装位置进行改进,提高结构刚度,再次对其进行频响分析和试验,其频响特性满足要求。经碰撞试验,消除了气囊误爆的风险,频响分析技术为公司车型开发提供了支撑。 This paper for side airbag sometimes mistaken detonation phenomenon, the installation location structure were optimized, respectively by theoretical analysis and experimental response curves, with the installation point dynamic characteristics curve comparison, found in the 400 ~ 490Hz beyond the standard line, in 440Hz appear larger peak. So on the installation position is improved, improve the stiffness of the structure again the of frequency response analysis and test, the frequency response characteristics meet the requirements. The crash test, eliminating the risk of airbag abusing, frequency response analysis technology provides support for the company's development models.
