摘　　要： 目的:观察电针太阳和风池为主治疗血管性帕金森综合征(vascularParkinsonism,VP)的临床疗效。方法:按照随机数字表法将40例患者分为治疗组21例和对照组19例,治疗组采用电针太阳和风池为主配合口服美多巴,对照组单纯口服美多巴治疗,两组疗程均为8周。结果:两组治疗后Webster量表评分均比治疗前低(P<0.05);治疗组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针太阳、风池穴对血管性帕金森综合征有较好的疗效。 Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture on Taiyang and Fengchi point in the treatment of vascular Parkinson＇ s syndrome （VP）. Methods： Forty patients were divided into treatment group （n = 21） and control group （n = 19） according to the random number table method. The treatment group was treated with electro- acupuncture on the Taiyang and Fengchi point combine with oral methadopa. The control group was treated with oral methadopine alone. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Results： The scores of the two groups were lower before the treatment（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Electro-acupuncture on Taiyang and Fengchi point have a good effect on vascular Parkinson＇s syndrome.
