摘　　要： 目的:观察双针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按就诊顺序随机分为双针疗法组和普通针刺组,每组各60例。双针疗法组取穴:腰阳关、命门、双侧肾俞穴、病变节段相应夹脊穴及双侧委中穴,下肢疼痛剧烈者,加用疼痛肢体环跳、承山、昆仑。操作方法:双手各持一针同时刺入2个穴位,或者单手持两根针同时刺入1个穴位;平补平泻,留针30min,1次/d;普通针刺组:穴位选择同治疗组,操作方法:右手持一根针,刺入一个穴位,逐一穴位刺入。平补平泻,留针30min,1次/d。2组在针刺治疗基础上均加上重力牵引,每次20min,1次/d,14d为1疗程。1疗程后对比2组临床症状改善情况及总体疗效。结果:治疗14d后,2组患者临床症状虽均较治疗前明显好转,但双针疗法治疗组疗效优于普通针刺组,治疗总有效率高于普通针刺组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有很好的治疗效果,疗效明显优于普通针刺。 Objective： To observe the clinical effect of double needle therapy on 60 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods： 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups： double nee- dle therapy group and common acupuncture group, 60 cases in each group. Double needle therapy acupoints： group： The points are Yaoyangguan, Mingmen, bilateral Shenshu, Jiaji corresponding to the diseased segment and bilateral Weizhong. Under a lot of pain in some patients＇ lower limbs the Huantiao, Chengshan and Kunlun are added in the corresponding leg. The method of operation： Each hand holds a needle and pierces two points simultaneously or one hand holds the two needles and pierces two points simultaneously, reinforcing reducing, the needles retaining for 30 minutes, one times a day. In the common acupuncture group： It takes the same acupoints as that in the double needle therapy group. The method of operation： The right hand holds a needle, piercing into one acupuncture point and another one by one, reinforcing reducing and the needles retaining for 30 minutes, one times a day. On the basis of acupuncture treatment, all the patients in the two groups are treated with the lumbar vertebra gravity traction therapy, 25 minutes each time and one time a day. Every on 14 days is a course of treatment. After a course of treatment, the comparison of the improvement of the clinical symptoms and overall efficacy of the two groups are made. Result： After treatment 14 days, the clinical symptoms of the two groups are significantly improved compared with those before treatment, but the clinical effect of the double needle therapy group is better than that of the common acupuncture group and the total effective rate of the double needle therapy group is higher than that of the common acupuncture group.
