摘　　要： 抗战时期,中国共产党深入敌后创建抗日根据地,领导敌后广大军民克服困难,开展游击战争。为了支持根据地经济斗争、稳定地方金融、促进生产发展,中国共产党在各根据地内普遍建立起抗战银行,北海银行在山东抗日根据地应运而生,北海币作为北海银行的重要战斗武器,做出了重要贡献。长期以来,对于山东抗日根据地物价的波动,一般归结于日伪的金融进攻、国民党敌对势力的干扰等因素。然而,通过建立抗战时期北海币的发行量与物价变动之间的线性回归分析模型,可以看出北海币发行量与山东根据地物价具有非常强的相关性。与此同时,北海银行也出台了一系列调控物价的措施,在一定程度上消融了北海币大量发行给物价带来的刺激作用。 During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression period,the Communist Party of China penetrated deep into enemy lines and established resistance base areas,led the people and armed forces in these areas to overcome difficulties and launch guerrilla wars. To support economic struggles in the base areas,stabilize local finance,and facilitate production,the Communisty Party of China widely established resistance banks in various base areas. The Beihai Bank thus emerged in response to the historic moment in the Shandong resistance base areas. Beihai currency,as an important weapon of Beihai Bank,made great contributions. For a long time,the price fluctuations in the Shandong resistance base areas were generally attributed to financial attacks from Japanese puppet authority and interferences from the Kuomintang hostile forces. However,through establishing a linear regression analysis model of Beihai currency circulations and price fluctuations during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression period,we can see that the Beihai currency circulations and price fluctuations have a very strong positive correlation,At the same time,Beihai Bank took a series of measures to regulate prices,these methods to some extent offset the stimulation brought to prices by the large issuances of the Beihai currency.
