摘　　要： 当前,全国各级地方志工作机构逐步从"一本书主义"向"多业并举"转型升级,最大化发挥地方志"存史、资政、育人"功能,使之成为展示国情、地情的重要窗口,成为为当代提供资政辅治之参考、为后世留下堪存堪鉴之记述的宝贵智库。 Currently,local records work institutions at various level nationwide are gradually transforming and upgrading from 'One-bookism 'to a career of 'simultaneously developing mutiple enterprises ',maximizing the functions of local records in 'preserving history,providing references for governance,and educating the people ',making them become important windows for showcasing national and local information and references for modern governance,and a precious thinktank of references for future generations worthy of preservation.
