摘 要: 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调研法等,以辽宁省的北票、昌图与阜新等留守儿童聚集地区作为调查对象,在分析农村留守儿童参与体育健身活动的现状,以及影响和制约留守儿童体育参与健身活动的主要因素的基础上,对如何有效地构建农村留守儿童体育健身活动植入与陪伴模式进行深入探讨。研究认为:学校体育基础设施匮乏、体育教学体系不健全、课外体育活动组织与开展不规范以及留守儿童校外体育活动参与不理想等是影响留守儿童体育健身活动植入与陪伴的主要因素。由此,提出了强化政府职能介入、构建彰显地域特色的体育课程体系、组建校外体育活动小组、号召社会力量的支持等发展策略。 Using literature study and questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation, etc. taking left-behind children gathered region, such as Beipiao, Changtu and Fuxin in Liaoning Province as the research object, through analysis of the present situ- ation of children' s participating in physical fitness activities and left-behind in rural areas, as well as the influence and re- striction factors of left-behind children participating in sports fitness activity, we discussed how to effectively build rural left-behind children' s mode of implantation and companion of physical fitness activities. Main conclusions are as follows : the main factors affecting the companion and implantation of left-behind children physical fitness activities are lack of in- frastructure, imperfect school physical education teaching system,lack of standardization for the organization and develop- ment of extracurricular sports activities and unsatisfactory participation in sports activities out of school for left-behind chil- dren. We put forward the development strategies such as strengthening the government function intervention, constructing the sports curriculum system showing regional characteristics, setting up extracurricular sports activities and calling for so- cial support.
