摘　　要： 目的观察拔伸手法结合白贴贴扎治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法将90例急性踝关节扭伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。2组均在受伤后即刻制动、冰敷20 min,治疗组采用拔伸手法结合白贴贴扎治疗;对照组在受伤后即刻卧床休息,并抬高患肢、制动24 h,然后口服龙血竭胶囊治疗。分别在治疗3 d和7 d后比较2组的治愈率和总有效率。结果治疗3 d后治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为26.67%和42.22%,对照组分别为8.89%和22.22%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为62.22%和86.67%,对照组分别为42.22%和68.89%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拔伸手法结合白贴贴扎治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效显著,可明显缩短病程并提高治愈率和总有效率。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of extension manipulation combined with white ribbon taping in treating acute ankle sprain. Methods 90 cases of acute ankle sprain were randomly divided into treat- ment group and control group ,45 cases of each. Two groups were given immobilization and ice compress for 20 mi- nutes after injury. The treatment group was intervened by the extension manipulation combined with white ribbon taping while the control group stayed in bed, lifted the affected limb,immobilized for 24 hours and took, Longxuejie Jiaonang orally. Recovery rate and total effective rate in both groups were studied on 3rd day and 7th day after treat- ment. Results On 3^rd day after treatment,recovery rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 26.67% and 42.22% while in control group were 8.89% and 22.22% ,there was a statistical significance （P〈0.05）. On 7^th day,they were 62.22% and 86.67% in treatment group while 42.22% and 68.89% in control group,the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combined therapy has notable curative effect. It can shorten the course with high recovery rate and total effective rate.
