摘　　要： 梳理、总结程钟龄在《医学心悟》中关于痹病的治疗经验。其学术思想上承《内经》《伤寒》,下接金元四大家。《医学心悟》书中从"寒、热、虚、实、表、里、阴、阳"的角度对不同部位痹病的病因病机进行了论述,所载方剂攻补兼施、补益结合、见解独到、临床实用性较强,充分体现了程钟龄中医理论素养的水平与处方特色。 The paper summarized CHENG Zhongling＇ s （a famous doctor of Qing Dynasty） experience in trea- ting Bi-syndrome recorded in Yixue Xinwu（Medical comprehension of mind）. Doctor CHENG＇ s academic thoughts came from Huangdi Neifing （Inner canon of Huangdi ） , Shanghan Lun （ Treatise on cold pathogenic diseases ） and resulted in four medical schools in Jin and Yuan Dynasties. In the book, pathological changes of Bi occurred in dif- ferent parts were differentiated in accordance with the eight principal syndromes （cold, heat, deficiency, excess, ex- terior,interior,yin and yang）. Prescriptions recorded in the book featured with reinforcement and elimination in combination as well as invigoration. CHENG＇ s original view in accomplishmerit and characteristic of TCM deserves strong practicability in clinic.
