摘　　要： 目的观察预防性使用丹参素钠(SDSS)对压疮缺血再灌注损伤模型大鼠受压部位病理学的影响。方法将50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,SDSS低、中、高剂量组5组,每组10只。SDSS低、中、高剂量组大鼠预防性使用SDSS 1周后,采用自制压力装置建立压疮缺血再灌注损伤模型,造模后切取各组大鼠股薄肌受压中心部位皮肤及肌肉组织制作病理切片,光镜下观察各组大鼠受压部位皮肤及肌肉组织的病理学变化。结果模型组大鼠皮肤复层鳞状上皮组织变薄,结构不清,可见明显的炎性细胞浸润,肌肉组织萎缩、水肿明显;SDSS低、中、高剂量组大鼠皮肤、皮下、肌肉组织有不同程度的受损,较模型组有所减轻,SDSS高剂量组大鼠皮肤肉眼观察略微发红,仅有轻度炎性反应,在各药物组大鼠中炎性反应程度最轻。结论 SDSS对压疮缺血再灌注损伤具有显著的预防作用,对大鼠皮肤、肌肉组织具有保护作用,预防性使用SDSS可减轻组织损伤。 Objective To observe and evaluate the pathological effect of preventive use of sodium Danshensu （SDSS） in rats with ischemia reperfusion injury of pressure ulcer. Methods 50 male SD rats were randomly di- vided into 5 groups ： normal control group, model group, low-, medium-, high-dose SDSS group （ medicinal groups） , 10 cases of each. Low-,medium-,high-dose SDSS group were given preventive use of SDSS. One week later,rats with ischemia reperfusion injury of pressure ulcer were modeled by self-made pressure device, pathological changes in the skin and muscle tissue collected from gracilis were observed under light microscope. Results Stratified squamous epithelia of rats in model group became thin with unclear structure, infiltrating inflammatory cells, atrophic muscle tissue and obvious edema. Among the medicinal groups, skin, muscle, subcutaneous tissues were damaged in various degrees, especially the high-dose group simply had a slight degree of damage with reddish skin and mild in- flammation. Conclusion SDSS has preventive effect on ischemia reperfusion injury of pressure ulcer; preventive use of it can protect the tissues of skin and muscle with less damage.
