摘　　要： 目的:探讨机构照料孤残儿童适应能力培养的有效干预措施。方法:以上海市儿童临时看护中心内的疑似弃儿为例,对于孤残儿童由于心理创伤、生活习惯、社交环境的变异导致适应不良现象进行系统的干预,并采用儿童适应行为评定量表进行干预前、干预后评估,对照评估结果。结果:经过2个月的干预训练,儿童适应行为有了一定程度的提高,尤其在生活自理、语言、人际交往方面的进步较快。结论:及时的干预对提高疑似弃儿的适应能力有明显的促进作用。 Objective To explore effective intervention measures to improve the adaption capability of orphans and handi-capped children in welfare institution. Methods： The suspected abandoned children in Shanghai children＇s short-term care center were used as the study objects, and their maladjustments because of psychological trauma and the changes in living habits and social context were systemically intervened. All the children were scaled by the adaptive behavior scale before and after the training to compare the effects of the training. Results： After two months＇ training, the children＇s adaption capability has been improved, especially in self-care ability, verbal skill and interpersonal skill. Conclusions： Timely intervention has been proved to have an obviously active effect on the children＇s adaption capability.
