摘　　要： 目的:探寻一种适合在基层医院开展的治疗环状混合痔的手术方式。方法:选取120例环状混合痔患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各60例,治疗组采取外剥内扎结合围扎悬吊术;对照组单纯采取外剥内扎手术,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组损伤轻、恢复快、并发症少、患者满意度高,尤其适合老年有合并症患者。结论:治疗组的手术方式适合人群广,不需要昂贵耗材和仪器,简单有效。 Objective To explore an operation method for treating circmnferential mixed hemorrhoids for the primary hospital. Methods： 120 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 6 0 ） and control group （n = 60）. The treatment group was treated with Milligan-Morgan combined with ligating and hanging operation, while the control group was only given the Milligan-Morgan operation. The efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results ： The operation method of the treatment group hadthe advantages of light trauma, rapid recover^^, fewer complications, and high patient satisfaction, and is especially suitable for the elderly patients and those with complications. Conclusions ： The Milligan-Morgan combined with ligating and hanging operationis suitable for a wide population, does not need expensive consumables and instruments, and is simple and effective.
