摘　　要： 目的:观察阿立哌唑治疗利培酮所致高催乳素血症的临床疗效。方法:选取74例精神分裂患者为研究对象,分成观察组与对照组,每组37例,两组均常规利培酮药物治疗,观察组在此基础上加用阿立哌唑(5 mg^10 mg)治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后血清催乳素变化,使用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、临床总体印象量表-疾病严重度(CGL-S)评价患者精神症状。结果:观察组患者在治疗4周后血清催乳素水平明显下降,并且在治疗8周后恢复到正常水平,而对照组治疗前后血清催乳素均维持在较高水平,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后,两组患者PANSS、CGL-S评分均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑治疗利培酮所致高催乳素血症疗效确切。 Objective To investigate clinical effects of Aripiprazole in treatment of Risperidone induced hyperprolactinemia. Methods： 74 patients with mental diseases were chosen as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group with 37 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with Risperidone. Besides, the observation group was given Aripiprazole （5mg- 10mg） treatment. The changes of serum prolactin before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared. The psychiatric symptoms were evaluated with the positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） and clinical global impression scale （CGL-S）. Re-sults ：The serum prolactin level of the obser^^ation group decreased significantly 4 weeks after the treatment and returned to the nor^nal level 8 weeks after the treatment, while that of the control group still maintained at a high level, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no statistical differences in the PANSS and CGL-S scores before and after the treatment between the two groups （ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions ： Aripiprazole can effectively treat hyperprolactinemia caused by Risper-idone.
