摘　　要： 目的:探讨不同年代精神分裂症患者首次住院症状变化情况。方法:对1998年及2013年各40例精神分裂症患者首次住院的精神病性症状进行回顾性分析比较。结果:感知觉障碍及情感障碍中各症状出现率,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);思维障碍中被害妄想、关系妄想、夸大妄想、罪恶妄想、钟情妄想出现率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与1998年组比较,2013年组被害妄想、关系妄想、钟情妄想出现率明显增高,夸大妄想、罪恶妄想出现率明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:与1998年相比,2013年首次住院精神分裂症患者思维障碍更多为被害妄想及关系妄想。 Objective To explore changes of psychotic symptoms in first-hospitalized patients with schizophrenia at differentyears. Methods： The psychotic symptoms in first-hospitalized patients with schizophrenia of 1998 and 2013 （40 cases in each year） were retrospectively analyzed. Results ： The various symptoms rates of perception and emotional disorders showed no statistically signif-icant differences between the two groups （P〉0.05） , but the symptoms rates of delusions of persecution, reference, grandiose, guiltand being loved showed statistically significant differences （ all P〈0. 05）. Compared with 1998 year group, the symptoms rates of delu-sion of persecution, reference and being loved of 2013 year group were significantly higher, while the symptoms rates of delusions ofgrandiose and guilt were significantly lower （ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusions ： Compared 2013 with 1998 , delusion of persecution and refer-ence in the first-hospitalized patients with schizophrenia are more common.
