摘　　要： 丝绸之路经济带与欧亚经济联盟虽有差异,但并行不悖,随着全球经济一体化发展,国际市场涌现出大量假冒、盗版商品,对国际秩序产生了冲击。加强二者海关知识产权保护的对接合作,顺应国际趋势,有利于促进贸易便利化,减少知识产权壁垒,符合双方利益。 Even though there are differences between Silk Road Economic Belt and Eurasian Economic Union,they can run parallel. Along with the development of global economic integration,there are a lot of counterfeit and pirated goods emerging in the international market,which have brought impact on the international order.That we streng then the connection and cooperation of customs intellectual property rights protection between the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Eurasian Economic Union and conform to the international trend is beneficial for the promotion of trade facilitation and reducing barriers to intellectual property rights,and it is in line with the interests of both sides.
