摘 要: 针对家用及类似场所用过电流保护断路器的28周期试验要求,提出了用无功负载代替电阻负载的方法,并设计了一种基于智能化技术的电流发生装置。给出了该系统的软硬件设计流程,新的系统用两级调节方式既满足了试验要求,又减少了负载容量。设备集测量、控制和通信于一体,具有可靠性高、成本低、自动化程度高及使用方便等特点。 Aiming at the 28-Day test requirements of circuit breakers for over current protection for household and similar installations, this paper proposed to use the reactive load instead of resistance load, designed a kind of electric current generator device based on the intel-ligent technology and gave the design flow of hardware and software of the system. The new system used two-stage adjust regulation mode, which not only met both the test requirement, but also reduced the load capacity. The equipment integrated measurement, control and com-munication, with the characteristics of high reliability, low cost, high automaticity and convenient usage etc.
