摘 要: 目的探讨重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)优化治疗对心脏骤停后综合征患者神经功能恢复及意识恢复的影响。方法随机选取ICU收治的心跳骤停后综合征患者120例,按照数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组2组,对照组采用ICU常规措施治疗,观察组给予ICU优化措施治疗,对比分析2组神经功能恢复及意识恢复情况。结果观察组治疗后1、3、7d患者意识状态清醒率与对照组相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后神经功能分级明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组预后良好率与对照组相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中心静脉压(central venous pressure,CVP)、心脏指数(cardiac index,CI)及全心舒张末期容积指数(global end-diastolic volumn index,GEDI)等血流动力学指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ICU优化治疗对心脏骤停后综合征患者效果显著,改善患者神经功能,促进患者意识状态恢复,缓解血液循环状态,临床意义重大。 Objective To explore the effects of optimal treatment in intensive care unit(ICU)on recovery of consciousness and neurological function in patients with post cardiac arrest syndrome.Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with post cardiac arrest syndrome in ICU were randomly selected.All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table method.The patients in the control group were treated with routine ICU treatment,while the patients in the observation group received optimal ICU treatment.Recovery of consciousness and neurological function were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results Conscious rate at 1,3,and 7day after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The classification of nerve function after treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The rate of good prognosis in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Hemodynamic parameters such as central venous pressure,cardiac index,global end-diastolic volumn index and so on in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Optimal treatment in ICU in patients with post cardiac arrest syndrome has a significant effect,which can improve neurological function of patients,promote the recovery of patients' consciousness and ease the blood circulation state.It has great clinical significance.
