摘 要: 研究通过试验探讨了钢纤维掺量、配筋率、约束筋表面形式、约束筋材料等因素对高强钢纤维混凝土收缩性能的影响。研究结果表明,提高混凝土中钢纤维的掺量能够降低高强钢纤维混凝土的自由收缩量。当约束筋材料相同时,高强钢纤维混凝土的收缩随着配筋率的提高而降低。钢筋的表面形式对高强钢纤维混凝土的收缩没有显著影响。在相同配筋率下,约束筋材料的弹性模量越低,对高强钢纤维混凝土收缩的抑制作用越弱。 The shrinkage behavior of high performance steel fiber reinforced concrete was investigated by experiment. The mainly variable of the experiments was the dosage of the steel fiber,reinforcement ratio,the surface form and the material of the reinforcing bar. The experiment results show that the free shrinkage of the high performance steel fiber reinforced concrete is decreased by the dosage of the steel fiber. With the same material of the reinforcing bar,the restrained shrinkage of high performance steel fiber reinforced concrete is decreased with the reinforcement ratio. The influence of the reinforcing bar surface form is not significant. With the same reinforcement ratio,the restrained shrinkage of concrete will increase with the decrease of the elasticity modulus of the material of the reinforcing bar.
