摘 要: 为了解猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)流行株的变异情况,将PRRSV阳性病料处理后接种Marc-145细胞,成功分离到1株PRRSV毒株,将其命名为HENZXC-4,并对其全基因组序列进行测定和分析。结果表明,HENZXC-4为未发生重组的类NADC30毒株,其NSP2蛋白存在131个氨基酸不连续缺失,且其GP5蛋白存在1个氨基酸插入。 To investigate the molecular variation characteristics of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus( PRRSV) in the field,a PRRSV isolate( HENXC-4) was isolated by inoculating the PRRSV positive samples into the Marc-145 cell layers. The whole genome was then sequenced and analyzed. The sequence analysis showed that HENXC-4 was NADC30-like PRRSV without any recombination phenomenon characterized by a discontinuous 131-amino-acid deletion in the NSP2 region.More importantly,it had a 1-amino-acid insertion in GP5,which was absent in other NADC30-like PRRSV strains.
