摘　　要： 本文以中国现有的四家专业农业保险公司为研究对象,分析其自2004年成立至2014年的经营效率。论文运用数据包络分析法(DEA),对四家专业农业保险公司经营的综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率进行测度与评价。结果表明:其整体综合效率较高,每年浪费均控制在20%以内,且处于较稳定状态,其纯技术效率一直处于稳定而有效的状态,规模效率值也较好。在此基础上运用曼奎斯特(Malmquist)指数模型,对四家专业农业保险公司经营效率的动态变化进行分析。测量结果为:中国专业农业保险保险公司的纯技术效率最高,综合技术效率与规模效率也呈现良好水平,而生产率受技术效率的影响较大,仅在2011年-2012年以及2013年-2014年期间达到生产率进步水平。 This paper studies the business efficiency of 4 professional agricultural insurance companies in China from 2004 to 2014. Overall technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the 4 professional agricultural insurance companies are measured with data envelopment analysis. Their dynamic changes of efficiency are then analyzed by using Malmquist index model. The results show that 4 professional agricultural insurance companies in China attain the highest pure technical efficiency, better overall technical efficiency and scale efficiency. Technical efficiency greatly impacts on the changes of production rate. Production rate got the advancements only from 2011 to 2012 and from 2013 to 2014.
