摘 要: 地铁建设项目中经常面临各种风险因素,这些风险因素往往阻碍了地铁建设项目的顺利进行,基于此本文建立了WSR-AHP风险管理框架。采用AHP确定各影响风险管理因子的权重,在此基础上对"物理""事理""人理"选取重点建立更有针对性的风险管理方针。建立了"物理""事理""人理"三维风险管理指标体系以达到总体的状态最优。为优化地铁建设项目风险管理,预防和控制事故提供新思路。 Subway construction projects often face various risk factors, which will often hinder the smooth progress of subway construction projects. Thus a risk management framework based on WSR- AHP is built and weights of factors that affect risk management are determined. Then the significant factors of "materials "," things" ,and " human" are chosen to make the risk management more useful. The management elements are classified and a 3 - dimension indicator system is established so that the system could be optimized to its best condition to provide a new idea to optimize risk management , pre-vent and reduce the accidents.
