摘 要: 文章以供给侧结构性改革理论、产业结构演变理论、城市规划理论供求理论、周期性发展理论、城市化理论和可持续发展观为理论基础,从产业结构入手,对我国房地产业推行供给侧结构性改革的内因——产业结构失衡的现状进行分析,论证了房地产业实施供给侧改革的必要性;之后就房地产业税制结构存在的缺陷进行分析,并提出我国房地产业实施结构性减税的相应政策措施,为关心我国房地产业供给侧结构性改革的人们献上自己的一得之见。 Based on the such theories as the structural reform of supply -side, industrial structure evolution, city planning, supply -demand, periodical development, urbanization and sustainable devel-opment, starting with the industrial structure, this paper makes an analysis on the internal factors, i. e. the imbalance of industrial structure in the supply -side structural reform in real estate industry, discussing the necessity of reform. Then the defects in the tax system of real estate is analyzed and correspond-ing policy suggestions about structural tax reduction are also put forward.
