摘　　要： 针对不确定层次分析法中的区间互反判断矩阵的不一致性问题,提出一种新的计算方法。首先,对于影响区间互反判断矩阵不一致性的因素分析,建立线性规划模型,求出不一致情况下的互反判断矩阵的权重向量。其次,根据不一致情况下的权重向量,构造一种修复区间互补矩阵不一致性的算法,该算法能够在没有决策者参与的情况下得出新的具有一致性的权重向量,并且能够有效地反映决策者的主观愿望和节约时间。最后,通过算例证明该方法的有效性和实用性。 A new computational method is proposed for the problem of the inconsistency between the interval complementary judgment matrix in the uncertain analytic hierarchy process. ＂Firstly, we establish the linear programming model, and find the weight vector of the reciprocal judgment matrix in the inconsistent case. Secondly, according to the weight vector, the algorithm can construct a new algorithm weight vector. The algorithm can get a new and consistent interval complementary judgment matrix with no decision makers. Finally, the validity and practicability of the proposed method are demonstrated by a numerical example.
