摘　　要： 精准扶贫过程中的村官违纪行为,侵蚀了执政党和政府在农村的群众基础,削弱了村"两委"的公信力,影响了农村社会稳定,阻碍了国家扶贫攻坚目标的实现。精准扶贫过程中村官违纪问题的产生,既有自身素质不高、法律意识淡薄等主观因素影响,也有外界监督不力、村民自治"失灵"以及农村社会人情规则等客观原因。因而,预防和遏制村官违纪是一项系统工程,既要活化教育,增强村官拒腐防变能力,又应立体监督,确保村官权力的正确运用;既要"硬化"制度,规范村官行为,又应严查重惩,增加村官违纪行为的成本,积极预防村官违纪行为的发生。 The village official＇s violation of discipline in accurate poverty alleviation, not only erode the mass base of the Communist Party of China and the central government of People＇s Republic of China, but also influence the rural social stability and affect the overall situation of poverty alleviation. The main causes basically include that some village official lack of quality, weak sense of law,inadequate external su- pervision, the ability weakening in rural governance, the impact of rules of humanity in rural society, and so on. The research suggests that the prevention of village official＇s violation of discipline is a systematic and comprehensive task. And in order to reduce village official＇s violation of discipline, we must take measures to activation of education, strengthen the three - dimensional supervision, improve the effectiveness of the system, and strict punitive measures.
