摘 要: 研究采用腹腔注射大肠杆菌脂多糖(LPS)和接种新城疫病毒(NDV)Ⅳ系疫苗建立复合免疫应激模型,旨在开展抗应激剂的研制和效果评价,制定合理免疫程序。试验选取体重一致的1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡128只,随机分为A、B、C、D共4组,每组32只。A组为低剂量(250μg/kg.BW)LPS+2羽份NDVⅣ系疫苗免疫组;B组为低剂量(250μg/kg.BW)LPS+2羽份NDVⅣ系疫苗免疫+1%抗应激剂组;C组为高剂量(500μg/kg.BW)LPS+2羽份NDVⅣ系疫苗免疫组;D组为高剂量(500μg/kg.BW)LPS+2羽份NDVⅣ系疫苗免疫+1%抗应激剂组。从肉鸡12日龄起每3 d连续腹腔注射大肠杆菌脂多糖(LPS),于试验第15 d和28 d分别接种NDVⅣ系疫苗,各试验组分隔饲喂,试验周期42 d。每组于免疫前后称取体重、采食量,计算料重比。分别于22、29、36、42d杀鸡采样,检测血清中的抗氧化能力。在日粮中添加抗应激剂能显著提高肉鸡体重(P<0.05)、料重比无显著差异(P>0.05)。抗应激剂提高了肉鸡的抗氧化功能,血清中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),GSH-Px活性极显著升高(P<0.01)。抗应激剂在日粮中的添加能够提高肉鸡生长性能和抗氧化性能,有效缓解免疫应激带给机体的刺激。 This study was to investigate the effects of the immune stress induced by NDV IV series and lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and anti-stress agent on the growth performance, lipid metabolism and mech- anism of broilers. The aim of the study was to develop a reasonable immunity procedure, and to control the immune stress. A group was vaccinated with NDV 1V series by putting drop in noses and injection of low concentration LPS 250 p,g/kg.BW, C group were vaccinated with NDV 1V series by putting drop in noses and injection of high concentration LPS 500 μg/kg.BW. The B, D two groups were treated the same with A, C. The difference was that add 1% anti-stress agent in the diet. All test groups were vac- cinated with NDV IV series on 15 d and 28 d. The LPS group was injected with 250 p,g/kg.BW LPS or 500 μg/kg.BW LPS on 12, 15, 18 d and 21 d for 4 times. The experimental groups were kept separate from each other. In addition to this, all chickens were not inoculated with other vaccines, the test peri- od was 42 days. The body weight, food intake and the ratio of feed to weight were calculated before and after immunization. After 22, 29, 36, 42 day of inoculation, 8 chicken samples were chosen from each group and collected to measure the antioxidation properties of serum. The addition of anti-stressproved feed conversion efficiency. The anti- stress agent enhanced the antioxidant function of broilers. The MDA content was significantly de- creased (P〈0.05), and the GSH-Px activity was significantly increased (P〈0.01). Anti- stress agent can enhance the broiler growth perfor-mance and antioxidant rum:lion , and alleviate the im,nune stress to stimulate the body effectively.
