摘 要: 采用不同月龄乌珠穆沁羊半腱肌,利用气相色谱仪和实时荧光定量PCR技术分别测定半腱肌中脂肪酸含量和PPARγ、FAS基因相对表达量。结果表明,从乌珠穆沁羊半腱肌中共检测出31种脂肪酸。其中饱和脂肪酸含量在月龄之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。单不饱和脂肪酸含量在1至6月龄间逐渐增加,而1月龄和9月龄之间差异不显著(P>0.05),3月龄和12月龄之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。多不饱和脂肪酸含量9月龄和12月龄与6月龄相比有下降趋势。随着月龄的增加,单不饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸总体上呈上升趋势。饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸与PPARγ、FAS基因的相对表达量呈负相关。 Muscle of semitendinosus of Ujumqin sheep aged different months were employed in this study. Fatty acids compositions were determined by Gas chromatography and the expression of PPARγ and FAS genes were investigated by Real-time PCR in M. semitendinosus of Ujumqin sheep. The results showed that 31 fatty acids were identified in M.semitendinosus of Ujumqin sheep. The saturated fatty acids had no significant difference(P〉0.05). The monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA) were increased from 1 to 6 months. No significant difference(P〉0.05) of MUFA were observed in1-month-aged and 9-month-aged of Ujumqin sheep, also in 3-month-aged and 12-month-aged in M.semitendinosus of Ujumqin sheep. The content of polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA) at 9 months-aged and 12 months-aged were decreased compared with 6 months-aged in M.semitendinosus of Ujumqin sheep. The content of MUFA and PUFA were seems to be increasing with the growth of Ujumqin sheep. The expression of PPARγ and FAS genes were negatively correlated with the content of saturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acid.
