摘 要: 目的探讨细节管理在提高儿科护理管理水平中的应用及其价值。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月该院收治的儿科患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机平均原则将其分为对照组与观察组,其中对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用细节管理,对两组儿科患者的感染发生率及护理满意度进行观察和比较。结果观察组患儿的感染发生率6.67%明显低于对照组15.00%,护理满意度水平93.33%(56/60)明显较对照组80.00%(48/60)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理管理中采用细节管理,可以有效提高儿科护理管理水平,减少患儿感染发生率,提高护理满意度水平,在儿科护理管理中的应用具有重要的现实意义。 Objective This paper tries to discuss the application and value of detail management in improving the pediatric nursing management level. Methods 120 cases of pediatric patients in this hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group in accordance with the principle of random, the control group adopted conventional nursing management, the observation group adopted detail management, the incidence of infection and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence of infection in the observation group was 6.67%, obviously lower than the control group of 15.00%, nursing satisfaction was 93.33%(56/60)significantly higher than the control group 80.00%(48/60),the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Details management in pediatric nursing can effectively improve the management level, reduce the incidence of infection of children, and raise the level of nursing satisfaction, which is of great importance in the application in pediatric nursing management.
