摘　　要： 在供给侧改革背景下,为了解决资金供给结构与融资需求不匹配的情况,缓解中小企业融资难的问题,本文从供应链金融的视角,首先分析中小企业融资现状及问题,并从定量的角度来分析中小企业融资难的原因,然后研究供应链金融解决中小企业融资的作用机制,并结合机制研究从供应链金融的视角提出解决中小企业融资问题的对策。 In the background of the supply-side reform,in order to solve the case of mismatch between capital supply structure and financing needs,ease the financing difficulties of the SME.Based on the theory of credit rationing,we analyse status,reasons and problems of SME financing first,then analyse the function mechanism of supply chain finance to solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises from the angle of quantitative. Finally,we propose countermeasures to solve the financing problem of SMEs from the perspective of supply chain finance.
