摘　　要： 目的探讨品管圈(QCC)在提高糖尿病患者对运动治疗知晓率中的应用效果。方法成立QCC,选定以"提高糖尿病患者对运动治疗的知晓率"为主题,发放问卷调查表对糖尿病患者进行现况调查,分析患者对运动治疗知晓率低的原因,拟定改善对策,并对改善前后两组患者知晓率进行比较。结果经过6个月的QCC活动,糖尿病患者的运动知晓率由改善前的49.4%(84/170)提高到改善后的84.1%(243/270),达到了活动目标(82.9%),患者改善前、后的知晓率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=90.041,P<0.001)。提示QCC能提高糖尿病患者对运动治疗的知晓率。此外,圈员的QCC手法运用能力、自主学习能力均有明显改善。结论 QCC不仅能提高患者对运动治疗的知晓率,还能提高患者的运动意识、遵医行为,提高健康教育的效率,加强圈员的QCC手法运用能力、自主学习能力、团队协作能力,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To discuss the application effect of quality control circle（QCC）on improving awareness rate of ex-ercise therapy in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A QCC was established with the theme of ＂ improving the aw - are- ness rate of exercise therapy in patients with diabetes mellitus＂ .A questionnaire was administered to conduct a cross-sectional study of diabetes mellitus.Reasons for the low - rate of awareness of exercise therapy were analyzed, improvement measures were made and the awareness rate of the tw-o groups before and after improvement was compared. Results After 6 months of QCC activity, the aw-areness rate of diabetes improved from 49.4% before improvement to 84.1% after improvement, reaching to the goal of activity（82.9%） .Difference of the awareness rate of the patients before and after the improvement was statistically sig- nificant（χ^2 = 90.0418,P〈0.001） ,which show-ed that QCC could improve the awareness rate of exercise therapy.In addition, the QCC skills and independent learning ability of the circle members significantly improved. Conclusion QCC can not only improve the awareness rate of exercise therapy, but also improve the exercise consciousness and compliance behavior of pa- tients.It can also improve the efficiency of health education, strengthen QCC skills,autonomous learning ability and team coop-eration ability of the circle members. Thus, it is worthy of clinical application.
