油砂及其热解半焦的燃烧过程及活性

摘  要: 通过X-射线衍射(XRD)对油砂、其热解半焦以及两者燃烧灰样的物相进行了分析,利用氮气等温吸脱附研究了灰样表面特性,采用热重分析法对比了油砂和半焦的燃烧特性,并借助平行反应模型进行了动力学分析。结果表明,油砂和热解半焦中所含矿物质主要为方解石,其分解温度主要在873~973 K内。灰样的分形维数D、孔容积和BET比表面积随燃烧温度变化的趋势相近。TG-DTG曲线表明油砂在低温段有明显的燃烧失重趋势,而焦炭不明显,但两者在高温段的失重过程相似,同时油砂着火及燃烧性能比半焦高。平行反应模型可以很好地描述油砂及半焦的燃烧过程,两者动力学模型有一定相似性;半焦燃烧的平均表观活化能Em比油砂高,反应活性较低。 The mineral component structure of oil sand,pyrolysis semi-coke of oil sand and their ash were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The surface characteristics of ash was studied by the N2 isothermal adsorptiondesorption method.The combustion characteristics of oil sand and semi-coke were compared by thermogravimetric analysis method.The combustion kinetics were researched by parallel reaction model.The results show that the mineral component of oil sand and semi-coke are mainly composed of calcite,and the decomposition of it mainly occurred at 873 ~ 973 K.The tendencies of Fractal dimension(D),pore volume and BET surface area of ash towards the combustion temperature are consistent.The TG-DTG curves reveal that the rate of mass loss of oil sands is more obvious than that of semi-coke in low temperature range,but the mass-loss process of oil sands is similar to that of semi-coke in high temperature range.The ignition and combustion characteristics of oil sands are better than that of semi-coke.The parallel reaction model is agreed well with experimental data.To some degree,the kinetic model of oil sands is similar to that of semi-coke.The semi-coke has higher mean apparent activation energy(Em) and lower reaction reactivity than that of oil sand.
