摘　　要： 破碎机锤头成型采用手工砂型铸造工艺。借助于反斜度隔离板,将同时浇注两种不同的液态合金隔离分成锤柄和锤端两部分,并在两种不同液态合金凝固过程中使反斜度隔离板熔化。该工艺制作的锤头,锤柄与锤端之间既有冶金结合,又形成了反斜度的机械连接,并且还有双弯头加强圆钢的防断裂连接。使锤柄与锤端连接更为可靠。适合制作中小型破碎机锤头。 The hammer head of crusher is made by manual sand casting. By means of a back-sloping spacer, two different liquid alloy were separated to simultaneously pour the hammer handle and the hammer end, and the back-slop isolation plate was melted during solidification of the two different liquid alloys. There are both metallurgical combination and mechanical connection between the hammer head, hammer handle and the hammer end, and there are also anti-fraeture connection with double elbow bar.
