摘 要: 螺母是工业、机械、电气等领域广泛使用的结构零件,用量大,使用范围非常广泛。传统的切削加工方法不但浪费材料效率低,而且破坏了金属原有的流线,使得螺母容易产生应力集中,可能导致提前失效,威胁到生产安全。相比较而言,冷挤压成形节材降耗,而且零件性能更优,寿命更长。本文通过数值模拟仿真了一种螺母的挤压成形过程,结果满足性能要求。 The traditional method of cutting processing nuts is not only a waste of material and low efficiency, but also the destruction of the original metal streamline, make stress concentration occur in nuts to lead to early failure. The cold extrusion forming can save material consumption and make part's performance better with longer life. Through the numerical simulation of the extrusion process of nut, the results meet the performance requirements.
