摘 要: 研究了电弧熔炼过程中LaFe_(10.5)Si_(2.5)合金的凝固行为。应用XRD和扫描电镜分析了合金组织相组成和结构。结果表明:温度梯度和成分偏析造成LaFe_(10.5)Si_(2.5)合金铸锭显微组织大致分成了五层,从样品四周到中部,析出1∶13相形貌依次为树枝状、椭圆状、柱状、等轴状和羽毛状枝晶;LaFe_(10.5)Si_(2.5)合金铸锭中1∶13相析出方式应该有两种,直接析出形成树枝状、椭圆状、柱状,1∶13相包裹α-Fe相形成包晶相析出。 Solidification behavior of LaFe_(10.5)Si_(2.5) alloys was investigated in arc melting. Phase formation and structure of LaFe_(10.5)Si_(2.5) alloys in arc melting were analyzed by means of power X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the microstructure of LaFe_(10.5)Si_(2.5) alloy ingot can be roughly divided into five layers caused by the temperature gradient and composition segregation. The precipitation of 1:13 phase morphology is lath shape, elliptical shape, colunmar, equiaxed grains and feather in turn fi'om around the sample to the central. The precipitation method of 1:13 phase in LaFe_(10.5)Si_(2.5) alloy ingots should have two kinds, one is direct precipitation to form dendritic, elliptic, columnar, peritectic phase, the other is wraping precipitation to form α-Fe phase wrapped by 1:13 phase.
