摘 要: 通过熔铸制备了含0.1%,0.3%,0.5%和1%Gd的AZ81镁合金,对比研究了Gd对AZ81镁合金的腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,随着Gd含量提高,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相尺寸和数量均减小,并得到了Al_3Gd相。Gd的加入,不能直接有效地保护α-Mg相的腐蚀,但当晶粒经过Gd细化,β相也得到细化,并产生了新生相Al_3Gd,这些可以降低基体的腐蚀,从而降低合金的腐蚀速率。 The ingots of AZ81 magnesium alloy with 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 1.0%Gd were prepared, and effect of Gd addition on the corrosion resistant of AZ81 alloy was studied. The results show that the size and quantity of β-Mg_17Al_12 reduce with the increase of Gd content, and a new Al_3Gd phase is obtained. The corrosion of α-Mg cannot be directly and effectively protected with Gd addition. On the contrary, the β phase is refined, the new phase Al_3Gd separates out, which can reduce the corrosion rate of the matrix and the alloy.
