摘　　要： 杏仁是杏子的核仁,其品种繁多,包括甜杏仁和苦杏仁两大类,有润肺、止咳、祛痰的功效,并有消积滑肠通便的作用。现代医学研究发现,杏仁中的苦杏仁苷是一种良好的抗肿瘤药物,具有杀灭癌细胞并抑制其增殖的功能。充分利用杏仁的营养价值与药用价值,适时采收,及时制干,势必会收到良好的经济效益和社会效益。 Almond is the nucleolus of apricot, and it has a great variety. Almond includes sweet almond and bitter almond, which all has the function of moist lung, cough, expectoration and anti-skid. Modern medical research has found that amygdalin is a good anti-tumor drug, which has the function of killing cancer cells and inhibiting their proliferation. It will be sure to receive good economic and social benefits if making full use of of the nutrition value and medicinal value of almond, timely harvested and dried.
