摘 要: 采用液压进给系统的珩磨机床因液压自身的缺陷已经越来越难以满足现代加工制造业的要求。为了解决液压进给系统进给方式单一,响应速度慢等缺点,分析了珩磨机进给系统的力学模型,提出了基于伺服系统的多模式进给结构,并设计了多模式进给试验台与控制系统。针对所提出的多模式进给结构以及珩磨加工工艺设计了恒压进给与恒速进给实验,通过实验结果分析表明所提出的多模式伺服进给结构能够满足现代珩磨工艺要求,有效的提高珩磨机的性能。 It's more and more difficult for the honing machine using hydranlic feed systemto meet the requirements of modern manufacturing industry because of hydraulic itself defects.To solve the single feed way and slow response of hydraulic feed system,themechanics model of honing machine feed system was analyzed,structurebased on servo system proposed,the test bed and control system for was designed. Theexperiment of constant speed feed, constant pressure feeding was designed based on multi-mode feedstructure and honing process.The experimental results show that the multi-mode serv of eedstructure presented can satisfy the modern honing process requirements and improve the performance of honing machineeffectively.
